The Domaine Tournon "Mathilda" Victoria Rosé is the latest release from M. Chapoutier's Australian winery, Tournon. Produced from 100% Grenache, the wine is bottled shortly after fermentation to preserve all its natural freshness and fruity flavour. A rosé just a few months old, perfect to accompany fish, seafood and carpaccios.

Vineyard Age: 15 years Soil Type: The soil is composed mainly of silty sands (Quaternary deposits coming from the Murray River), the subsoil is sand and calcareous clays. Fermentation: After destemming, direct pressing grapes for the filtration of the must at low pressure and moderate extraction of color. Cold sedimentation retaining a high level of turbidity. Fermentation at low temperature. Ageing: Bottled quickly after fermentation allowing the expression of the primary fruit and retaining the natural carbon dioxide. Serving temperature: 8º - 10º C
