Dominio del Pidio Rosado is a high-quality rosé wine with a very limited production of 960 bottles.

In order to make this wine, 5 16th century wine cellars have been recovered and restored, with the aim of producing and aging the wines with the philosophy, tradition, and wisdom of the winemakers in the area. The natural conditions of these underground cellars provide the tools for making wines in cement and subsequent aging in both wood and cement itself.
