Foreman and oenologist pamper the Don PX of this range with zeal, from ageing to bottling, which is carried out when the wine is at its optimum moment. An absolutely handcrafted and measured process that has turned this century-old Cordovan winery into a benchmark of excellent quality in the Montilla-Moriles DO. Appearance: iodised reflections, very dark mahogany, clean and bright.Nose: elegant, persistent, fruity aromas, candied orange, sweet spices, toffee, caramel, chocolate, raisined fruit, coffee and cardamom.Palate: silky, fresh, well-integrated acidity and balanced.
