This is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), Organic and Early Harvest from Oro La Senda. It is one of those full-bodied oils, with an emerald green color and certified organic production, with the Campo de Montiel Designation of Origin and the quality seal of Campo y Alma from Castilla La Mancha. It is a Coupage of 70% Picual variety and 30% Cornicabra variety.

With limited production, it is one of the most exclusive EVOOs in Spain, preferred by more than 20 Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain.

This perfect combination that occurs in its fields, thanks to the natural blend of the picual and cornicabra varieties They produce a traditional Coupage with a careful selection of Picual (70%) and Cornicabra (30%) olives.
