The monovarietal from Ecoprolive. One of the most outstanding characteristics of our ECO Cornicabra EVOO is its intense yellow color with green tones. The early harvest and cold extraction allow you to enjoy an elegant, full-bodied oil rich in organoleptic properties.

TASTING NOTES 2023/24 With a ripe fruitiness of 4.5, bitterness of 3.6, and pungency of 2.8. Notes of peach and ripe fruits stand out, as well as hints of licorice. Sweet entry with good astringency and a mild spiciness.
