TASTING NOTES 2023/24 With a green fruity 5.1, bitterness of 3.8 and spiciness of 4.6. In the nose we find notes of green almond, kiwi, and leaf. Astringent and slightly sweet oil, complex at the same time, with a particularly persistent bitterness and spiciness.
