Ingredients: Eggplant, extra virgin olive oil, breadcrumbs, onion, white wine, garlic, salt and pepper.&nbsp.

This pat&eacute. is for aubergine fans, it tastes like aubergine, it is soft, but has at the end the characteristic spiciness of aubergine.
