El Gaitero Etiqueta Negra cider is made with native apples, harvested at their optimum moment of maturity. It is obtained from a natural cider, made by traditional method, with a blend of typical Asturian apple varieties, such as Teórica, Raxao, Perico or Regona.
Once the natural cider is obtained, it is carbonated to give rise to a dry, sparkling cider, with little persistent foam and with great finesse on the palate.
Bright golden yellow color, with a fine and well-integrated bubble
Aroma: Mature, with notes of stewed fruit.
Palate: Very balanced on the palate, with well-balanced acidity tones and a final sweetness that gives it roundness and length.

Food pairing: Pates, blue cheeses, fish, seafood and appetizers
It is recommended to serve it very cold. It is a good companion cider for light food such as fish and fresh cheeses and ideal for desserts.
