This extra virgin olive oil is an early Picual variety harvested between late October and early November.

It has an intense green color. It is impressive on the nose with its intense green fruitiness, with aromas of freshly cut grass, apple, tomato leaf, and fig.

On the palate, it is fresh and balanced with moderate bitterness and spiciness and an almond aftertaste.
