Emina Sauvignon White Wine, belongs to Bodegas Familiares Matarromera, being one of the White wines very fresh and easy to drink. It is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the plots Finca La Buitrera and Finca La Bodeguilla.

Emina White Sauvignon, with the unmistakable varietal characteristics, has a very pale straw yellow with steely rim.

Fermentation takes 10 -14 days in stainless steel tanks (16ºC)

Alcohol content of 13%.

We recommend consuming for a good and excellent enjoyment at a temperature of 6-8º.
