Enate 234 Chardonnay

Variety: 100% Chardonnay. Tasting note: Pale yellow color with glaucous reflections. Complex and intense varietal aroma of green apple, ripe peach, fennel, and exotic fruits (guava, passion fruit), with a discreet mineral background. Wide, fatty palate, with a clean and fresh passage thanks to its sustained acidity. Slightly syrupy aftertaste. Pairing: perfect ally for pastas, fish, seafood, and white meats. Service temperature: 10-12ºC.
