Tasting notes: golden yellow, great intensity. An intense aroma, hints of honey, candied fruit and floral and citrus notes, toasty and spicy notes from the barrel. Excellent density, magnificent acidity-sugar balance, more inclined towards freshness and nerve than sweetness.




Food pairing: foie gras, blue cheeses, for desserts and fruit salads.
