Er Boquerón beer is the first and only craft beer in the world brewed with sea water. Er Boquerón is a very easy to drink beer, fresh, blonde and has no added gas. It is not filtered or pasteurized.
Brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516, Er Boquerón beer is brewed from four ingredients: seawater, barley malt, hops and yeast.
This craft beer undergoes a double fermentation unlike industrial beers. The seawater with which it is made is pure, obtained from one of the areas with the best and cleanest marine flora of the Mediterranean Sea.
