Abadía Retuerta Le Domaine  is a white wine D.O.P. Abadía Retuerta made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, mostly, with a touch of Verdejo. Although this region has traditionally been known for red wines, this variety has adapted splendidly to our climate and terroir, embracing the ancestral spirit that has welcomed it.

Aging for 5 months in French oak barrels (fermentation and resting)

TASTING NOTES OF ABADÍA RETUERTA LE DOMAINE 

Abadía Retuerta Le Domaine has a brilliant straw color with golden highlights. Its complex and intense nose evokes other grape varieties, hints of pineapple and grapefruit, toasted notes, butter, and bakery aromas.

Clean, bright, yellow, almost steel-colored. Aromas of honey, canned peach, ginger, white flowers, and spearmint blend with smoky notes in an intense nose. On the palate, it is smooth, with exotic citrus fruit (grapefruit) and white fruit (apple), along with hints of freshly cut hay and anise, flavors that are very well integrated with the oak. The acidity is perfect, providing freshness and a long finish, without losing its round smoothness. A wine for aging, a surprising wine.
