Traditionally, it is the mixture of seeds and spices that is put on top of bagels. Individual bread rolls in the shape of a donut. It is such a versatile mixture that will give a special touch to any meal.

You can use it with toast, avocado, eggs, bowls, salads, fish, breads, hummus, etc.
