EVOO Pago La Corona Olivos Centenarios

VARIETY of olive: Empeltre mostly.
TYPE OF OIL: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, covered by the D.O. Oil Sierra de Moncayo.
HARVEST: The harvest was done early, after selection of olive trees over a hundred years, with fruit at the beginning of their maturation, and exceptionally healthy.


TASTING: Intensely fruity, with hints of green olives and banana, gently mixed with fresh grass and almond tones. In the mouth it shows a great harmony, with a certain spiciness and a pleasant taste that shows power and flavor in harmony.
