The best Mojama made from tuna loin, star product. Mojama is a type of salted fish obtained from the less fatty parts of the tuna, using dorsal and lower loins that are then pressed with salt, washed, and dried to their ideal curing point.

It is completely handmade, without preservatives, sweeteners, or additives. For this, we only use 3 ingredients: tuna loins, sea salt, and water. Afterwards, it is dried with a combination of natural and artificial airflow that allows for a perfect finish. The characteristic temperature, wind direction, and humidity of the area make the process of making Mojama unique.

In addition, it has the quality seals of Calidad Certificada and Protected Geographical Indication Mojama de Barbate, differentiating elements that make our Mojama a product of distinct quality.
