This 100 ml extra virgin olive oil stands out for its intense green fruity flavor with a mouthfeel that has a slight bitter and spicy touch, but much softer than the Picual variety. Olfactory wise, it brings aromas of grass, almond, and apple, with slight notes of tomato and artichoke.
