The category of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Aceites Lis is represented by El Fuelle Ecológico, a cold-pressed and superior category EVOO obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures. El Fuelle Ecológico is made exclusively with olives of the arbequina, arbosana, koroneiki, and siquitita varieties from 100% organic olive groves located in the province of Zaragoza and transformed into extra virgin olive oil in our mill, certified by the Aragonese Committee of Organic Agriculture since 2015.
