Variety: Garnacha.


Vineyards: made from a selection of Garnacha grapes from different vineyards from the last three vintages. Vineyards 40-50 years old with a production of less than one kilogram per vine.


Ageing: once the malolactic fermentation is finished, the wine is racked and vatted again, in new French oak barrels in contact with its own lees (ageing in new French oak barrels for 10 months). After this ageing, the best barrels are selected, blended and bottled.




TASTING
Colour: intense cherry red with ruby tones, clean and bright.
Aroma: very intense aroma, fine, elegant, with a background of red fruits, plum, cherry. Mineral notes, spicy, coffee, toast, vanilla, pastry, egg yolk, meringue, very well integrated into the wine.
Mouth: very powerful entry, fat and voluminous, with a very balanced and concentrated palate, very lively, good acidity. The finish is long, broad, silky, with very rounded and well-balanced tannins.


Serving temperature: 17ºC.
