FENUGREEK SEEDS 125 GR

How to use:

Decoction (boil 2-5 minutes) 1 dessert spoon per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes, strain and take in the morning on an empty stomach. External use: 50gr pulverized seeds boiled in 250 ml and applied as a poultice. Avoid during pregnancy and lactation, in diabetics control blood sugar.
