Ferrer Verdeña EVOO

It is a single variety extra virgin olive oil, made with the verdeña variety.
It is a yellowish green oil with an intense fruity aroma of fresh green grass (freshly cut grass, hay), tomato, mint and artichoke.
In the mouth it has a predominant taste of fresh and healthy fruit.

It has just the right amount of bitterness, a characteristic sensation of the fresh green olives and an inherent attribute of the verdeña variety.
