Exquisite fillets of veal from Navarra, aged less than 1 year, from the needle part of the animal. They are characterized by their juiciness and tenderness. Ideal for grilling or broiling. They come from calves that have received a 100% natural feed and have been controlled from birth to slaughter by the most rigorous quality controls. Real meat. We present them vacuum packed in trays of 0.5 kg. or 1 kg. Choose the format: 0.5 kg (5 und thin cut / 4 und medium cut) or 1 kg format (10 und thin cut / 8 und medium cut). It's that easy.
