Finca Rodma Avizor is a red wine made by Fincas Rodma with 100% Tempranillo grapes in the D.O. Ribera del Duero.
An incomparable wine grown in a privileged environment, on limestone, sandy, clayey, and stony soils, where very particular climatic conditions prevail, with a lot of thermal variation between day and night. In this way, the vines, over 40 years old, manage to produce low yields and with great quality.
Soils at over 900 meters above sea level, over 40 years old. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes of Finca Rodma Avizor
Very intense cherry red color with garnet hues. On the nose, it is complex with aromas of ripe red fruit, licorice, spices, and balsamic touches. The palate is delicate but long, with very ripe tannins.
Soft, tender, and creamy entry, very persistent showing the elegance and balance of the wine.
Wood notes harmoniously combine with the fruit, reappearing throughout the retro-nasal phase along with sugar caramel, licorice, and toasts that make the wine long and attractive.
