The soils of the Sotillo moors are limestone soils. The bedrock, on the edges of the moors, is located very close to the surface, with the presence of loose stone that favors drainage and aeration. It is an isolated vineyard, the only one around, the result is a unique blend of Tinto Fino and Merlot
Finca Valdelroble Tasting Notes
Intense color, bright red, dense, staining the glass with color and tears. Deep and delicate aroma; wild flowers, moorland winds that mingle with exotic ripe fruits. The limestone rock entrails are perceived and spices and smoked in the background. In the mouth memories of the grape, fresh tannin, still to be polished, voluminous and at the same time grainy in the passage, you can feel the ripeness of the grape and the long finish in time.
