VARIETIES: 81% Tempranillo, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon.

BREEDING: 16 months in barrel and 16 months in 1,200-liter foudre.

TASTING NOTES: Intense cherry red color with garnet hues. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, licorice with mineral and balsamic nuances. In the mouth it shows fat and volume with a long and persistent finish of ripe tannins reminiscent of licorice and coffee.
