Finca Viñoa Paraje Penaboa 75 cl is an estate wine, located in the highest part of the estate, between 280 m. and 320 m. altitude.
Finca Viñoa is one of the places where one of the most singular wines of the D.O. Ribeiro is born, it comes from a single estate in the historic Avía valley. A spectacular estate of 12 ha and more than 80 socalcos that fall from 380 m to 180 meters, its southern solar exposure receives a magnificent sunshine ripening the grapes quietly in an excellent way. The main type of soil is sabrego (granitic disintegration), having an area of xistos (slates), and clay.
Its superb enclave is the cradle of one of the most original and pioneering wines produced in the Ribeiro, the Finca Viñoa Paraje Penaboa, a wine that is born only from grapes grown in three gavias located in the highest and easternmost area of the estate, located around 320 meters above sea level.
A wine of numbered edition and limited to 3,500 bottles, which is elaborated with an aging during 36 months in an oval foudre of French oak of 2,500 l. which gives it stately notes, noble and with personality, after its bottling it has rested in bottle in the cellar for another 12 months until its release on the market.

View: De amarillo pálido, ribete acerado, limpio, muy brillante y de lágrima densa.
Nariz: Intensos aromas florales (flor de azahar, gardenia, pétalos de rosa blanca, camomila) fruta de hueso en salazón, nísperos, litchies, notas cítricas refrescantes, caramelo de limón, hierbas aromáticas, sutiles balsámicos, boj, nuez moscada. Intense and elegant.
Boca: De entrada intensa, poderosa, con volumen, sensaciones florales y frutales, de una mineralidad intensa (piedra de río) recuerdos a hierbaluisa, ralladura de limón, el paso de boca es graso, creamy, intense y fresh, persistent final.
