FINE TEXTURIZED SOYBEANS 350 GR GREEN SEAL

Sorribas' fine texturized soy is a very suitable food for those people with a vegan or vegetarian diet or who need an extra supply of protein. Texturized soybeans can easily imitate meat due to their consistency, shape and color. As it has almost no flavor it accepts very well any seasoning and recipe.

How to use:

Soak the textured soybeans until tender. If you want to speed up this process, you can cook it a little. Drain it well with a strainer and it will be ready to add to any recipe. Keep the soybeans in a cool, dry place away from heat. Once finished, recycle the container. The fine texturized soybean is used in countless recipes, either to replace meat derivatives, for example in hamburgers, or to complement them. 100% recommendable to add it to pasta as a substitute for minced meat.
