FLOR SEÑORÍO DE ORÁN translates to "FLOR LORDSHIP OF ORÁN" in English.

Wine of the Tempranillo variety from the Matanegra area. To obtain the Red Wine Flor de Señorío de Orán, three processes are carried out: carbonic maceration in the first tank, traditional fermentation in the second tank, and part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 6 months. The grape harvest for wine production is done manually, with a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the winery. It pairs well with rock and blue fish, sauced cod, kid, lamb, mushrooms, and soft cheeses.

We seek to create fun and easy-to-drink wines that are suitable for any occasion and place. Our wines are made with the honesty and humility that our ancestors taught us.

Our goal is for anyone who chooses one of our wines to remember it as unique, trying not to disappoint anyone. For us, the most important thing is our vineyards.

The grape harvest takes place in October, picking the grapes when they are fully mature and in perfect sanitary condition. That is why we have chosen autochthonous varieties perfectly adapted to our area. The altitude of 600 meters of the vineyards and their clayey soils allow us to produce unique wines. This uniqueness is reflected in their freshness and their fruity character, in which aging embraces varietal aromas to create delicate, elegant wines with aging potential.

We are perfectionists and believe that the best wine is always yet to be made. This compels us year after year to make an effort and see each harvest as a challenge.
