In this area, watered by the rivers Cardener and Agua de Valls and surrounded by mountains and forests, significant quantities of mushrooms and truffles are collected. It is in this place where we find Urdet, born in 1989 as an extension of the family business Conserves Urdet that had a great generational experience with mushrooms and truffles in the area. Urdet SA specialised in the artisan production of preserves and the drying of wild mushrooms and truffles. It also has a long tradition in roasting peppers, aubergines and onions. Their long history distinguishes them when it comes to taking special care with the harvesting and artisan preparation of the products, which together with the means and technological knowledge of the company, eliminates the need to add additives to their high quality products
