Tasting note of Fondillón Gran Reserva 1996
Fondillón Gran Reserva 1996 has nAriz very potent, classic, exuberant aroma of aged Monastrell, American Centennial Oak Wood, Wild oak and very old. Honeyed notes. The touches are finely smoked and saline, always returns to the notes of old sacristy and old Woods, very pleasant memories of tofes, coffees, tobacco, carobs, fig bread and toasted almonds.
Moderately raisined, with notes of Caramel and Moka. I find friendly, not very sweet but soft, and embocado, between Acídulo and a little hot at the first moment.
