Freshly sliced freshwater trout from Landres

Our trout farm is located in Normandy (Acquigny). This site has the particularity to be located on an island, where the water circulates abundantly by gravity between two arms of the Eure. Thanks to this strong renewal of quality water and our team, our trout are in a virtuous environment.

We offer you these freshwater-raised trout cobblestones under the "La Truite de Landres" label, which guarantees the Normandy origin of these trout and the conservation of artisanal farming and fishing methods in respect of animal welfare.

Our trout are hand-fed with a specific diet, from sustainable fishing mainly based on Pacific fish, without GMO* and without antibiotics in order to guarantee you quality products.
