DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Pan: cook the nuggets in a pan over medium low heat, with a tablespoon of oil, for 6-8 minutes on each side, flipping halfway through. Oven: preheat the oven to 220ºC with top and bottom heat. Place the product on a non-stick surface and bake for a total of 11 minutes. STORAGE: Store at -18ºC. Once thawed, do not refreeze, keep between 0-4ºC and consume within the next 24h. Do not consume raw. Cook before consuming.
