USAGE: Oven: 1. Preheat the conventional oven to 200ºC / with fan at 180ºC. 2. Place the meatballs without defrosting on a baking tray at medium height for 13-15 minutes until they are hot. 3. Turn the meatballs over after the first 7-8 minutes. Pan: 1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in the pan over low heat. 2. Place the meatballs without defrosting in the pan and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, turning the meatballs occasionally. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Do not refreeze once thawed.
