Gaba do Xil Mencía is a single varietal Mencía grape wine made in the Ourense villages of Larouco and Santa Cruz. The magnificent expressiveness of the inland Atlantic mencía grape results in this fresh wine, with a light and lively profile that expresses the most mineral character of the granite soils of these Galician places. It is recommended to be tasted at a temperature of 15-16º C.
