Gaba do Xil Mencía is a single-varietal wine made from Mencía grapes grown in the Ourense towns of Larouco and Santa Cruz. The magnificent expressiveness of the inland Atlantic Mencía results in this fresh, light and lively wine that expresses the more mineral character of the granite soils of these Galician landscapes. It is recommended to be enjoyed at a temperature of 15-16º C.
