Galactic Sunrise DDH IPA 44cl

First IPA with the DDH process made by Peninsula Brewery, this is a technique that consists of making two hop additions at different times directly inside the fermenter during the fermentation process. This technique has the purpose of extracting complex aroma compounds and other compounds that directly affect the mouthfeel and clarity of the beer:

• The use of Golden Promise malt gives an interesting pale golden colour that is reminiscent of a sunrise seen from a galaxy far, far away
• Beer of maximum turbidity that reminds us a lot of a fruit juice with the intense and spicy punch of the hops.
• Will pair well with aged cheeses, chicken wings with barbecue sauce, spicy pickled mussels.
