Elaboration and aging

Gavilán Crianza is a 100% Tinta del país single-varietal wine. Vinification by plots. Fermentation and malolactic in stainless steel tanks.

Aging for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes of Gavilán Crianza

  • Appearance: Gavilán Crianza has a cherry garnet color.
  • Nose: With notable intensity, toasted notes, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, balsamic, laurel, and black fruit stand out.
  • Pallet: Tasty, fresh, sensations of blackberry, roasted coffee bean, milk chocolate, smoky sandalwood, cedar, slate, and rosemary.

Gavilán Crianza is ideal to accompany meat stews and rice dishes with poultry.
