How to use
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix a dose of 60 grams (1 level dispenser) with 500 ml of cold water and take before and during training.
To take before and during training and / or competition: Depending on the duration and intensity of training, mix a dose of 60 grams (1 level dispenser) with 500 ml of cold water and take in refills before a test, or at half-time of a match for example.
For long endurance tests mix a dose of 60 grams in 1 liter of water and take throughout the test. Athletes weighing more than 80 kilos can increase the dosage.
To be taken as a post-workout drink or in combination with Nitrogen: Immediately after power-strength testing mix a 30 gram dose (half a sparing doser) of NitroGen® with a 15 gram dose (¼ of a doser) of GlucoGen® with 500 ml of cold water. Athletes weighing more than 80 kg can increase the dosage of both products equally.
For endurance tests lasting up to 2 hours, mix a 30 gram dose (half doser) of NitroGen® with a 30 gram dose (half doser) of GlucoGen®, in 500 ml of cold water.
