Goliardo a Telleira Blanco is a white wine made with Albariño from the Rías Baixas D.O. by Forjas de Salnés winery. Goliardo A Telleira is an Albariño wine from a single vineyard with vines aged 60 to 80 years planted by the sea, which is reflected in the delicious character of the wine. After aging in barrels, the wine is bottled and submerged in cages 30 meters deep in the waters of the Arous estuary for 2-3 months. Something out of the ordinary that definitely makes it a very unique wine. Tasting notes of Goliardo a Telleira: On the nose, white fruits predominate. Sweet fruit with some citrus notes, woody notes, and an attractive mineral background. Oily, fatty, and with a lot of acidity. On the palate, the minerality returns, with pleasant salty memories and a touch of bitterness. Pleasant finish with mineral notes. An excellent Albariño wine with a curious aging method.
