The White Wine Golós belongs to the winery of Miquel Gelabert and has a protected designation of origin Pla i Llevant-Mallorca.
Wines made from Moscatel, Riesling, Giró Blanc and Viognier varieties. After manual harvesting with grape selection in the vineyard, it undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, 30-40% of the wine is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
