The mother estate of this wine is Les Solanes, a family estate with an area of 2 hectares of Xarello with very particular calcareous clay soils. The grapes are harvested by hand on August 5, flower day according to the biodynamic calendar. The grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours to achieve an aromatic extraction and a light pink color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The result is a refreshing, lively and delicate wine with marked aromas of Mediterranean fruits and herbs touched by our terroir.
