Gran Juvé y Camps is a brut gran reserva sparkling wine produced by the Juvé&Camps winery in the Cava DO.
Its production is limited to high quality wines from the Espiells estate, one of the most prestigious vineyards in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and Mediona, in the Alt Penedès.
It has an average ageing period of 50 months in bottle, exhibiting an attractive, expressive golden hue which, despite its extensive ageing period, retains faint tones.
Tasting Notes
The aroma is penetrating, complex, lively and extremely fresh. This cava surprises as a Gran Reserva, maintaining a remarkable freshness with clear notes of white flowers and fleshy fruits. Its complexity develops gradually, revealing subtle toasted hints and a honey background.
In the mouth, it is intense, suggestive and extremely pleasant. The effervescence delicately caresses the palate, revealing all the creaminess of its foam. Unctuous and persistently pleasant, it leaves the memory of its deep and delicate aromas.
