Gran Reserva Duroc Diaz Shoulder (easy cut)

The shoulders adopt a practical and manageable format, designed to facilitate consumption in both the Gran Reserva shoulder of Duroc crossbreed, as well as in the Iberian free-range and 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder.
We facilitate the cutting of these pieces, making a semi-boning in which we remove that bone so uncomfortable sometimes to cut with a knife, and leaving the piece completely clean and polished. In this way you will only have to remove the packaging and put the piece on the ham board, having preserved all its aroma and flavor
