Grotten Santé has a coppery brown, almost black colour, with a beige foam of great duration, without finishing disappearing at any time and leaving a fine trace in the glass (Belgian lace).

Complex malty aromas predominate in the nose, ripe fruit, prunes and spices are perceived.

In the mouth the roasted malt and yeast are quickly appreciated sweetening the flavor that balances towards a subtle hop bitterness. We find spices such as pepper, cinnamon and cloves.
