Spicy Hake Roe in Olive Oil Agromaruna is a very tasty and delicate gourmet preserve.
It is made through a manual process where the hake roe is carefully removed raw, always avoiding breaking the skin. It is then steamed and, after cooling down, the hake roe is hand-cut into slices and placed one by one in the can.
It is accompanied by a sauce made with natural ingredients: carrot, cucumber, chili pepper, bay leaf, whole black pepper, and covered with olive oil.
