Suntory presents a limited edition in commemoration of Hibiki's centenary, marking one hundred years of constant pursuit of Harmony.
Hibiki 21 YO is a meticulous blend of various malt and grain whiskies, carefully blended to form a full orchestra of flavours and aromas. Launched in honour of Suntory's 90th anniversary, Hibiki has since been hailed as the standard for Japanese whisky. Not only is it the most awarded blended whisky in Japan, but it is also recognised as one of the most prestigious and distinguished whiskies in the world.

Nose: Presents a refined and elegant nose, where initial notes of kumquat and jasmine are accompanied by a hint of Japanese incense, providing a distinctive aromatic experience.
Palate: The palate reveals a subtly sweet floral flavour and aroma that lingers harmoniously. As it develops, it introduces spicy notes of Japanese sandalwood and agarwood, creating a complexity that highlights the mastery of the brewing process.
Finish: The finish is long and deep, characterised by spicy Mizunara wood notes. This last phase completes the experience, leaving a lasting impression rich in nuance.
