Boudin Blanc Truffé is a cooked pork-butchery preparation based on white meat (minced) emulsified and bound with a breadcrumbs and a fatty substance subtly flavoured with black truffle (TUBER MÉLANOSPORUM). This classic of French charcuterie is entirely "home-made" by our pork butchers and made with rigorously selected quality ingredients.
