It is also used to whet the appetite and in case of difficult digestion due to its virtues as a digestive (helps digestion by facilitating the activity of the stomach) and appetizer (contains bitter principles that stimulate the appetite and prepare the series of digestive operations)

Preparation:
The tea is prepared with two teaspoons of flowers in a cup, pour boiling water and let stand 15 minutes. Take 3 or 4 cups a day. To induce sleep take a cup 30 minutes before bedtime
