INGREDIENTS TABLE Amount per day (12 g): Hydrolyzed collagen (10 g), Magnesium (162 mg), Vegetable Glucosamine HCl (500 mg), Vitamin C (32 mg), Sodium hyaluronate (25 mg). DIRECTIONS FOR USE Take 12 g (approximately 1 tablespoon) per day in a glass of water or juice (200 ml). Dissolve slowly as water is added, or use a shaker if available.
